  I want to thank the three people that assisted me at the Geek Squad counter. They did the job AT&T was suppose to do. I bought an iPhone X last Tuesday and am still well within my 14 days of being able to return the phone if anything went wrong with it. When I purchased the phone, AT&T employee stated that “if anything were to go wrong or mess up on the phone within 14 days, you can come back and exchange it for a new one, we would just switch them out”. So of course, something went wrong with it!! It started freezing, lagging, and quitting altogether! So I called the carrier that’s near my house, and they completely reversed what they said. The person on the phone said that they can trade it for a DIFFERENT phone, such as an iPhone 8 or 8 plus. I told them no, I wanted the same iPhone X with the same color and GB storage. He said there was nothing they could do about it, that I had to call apple and go through them. Well the lady at apple set an appointment up for me at Best Buy to have my phone looked at. Well, I walked in to Best Buy today, approached the Geek Squad counter, and recited the whole situation to one person. 3 people in whole assisted to me and I thank all of them. I’m not sure what their names were (that should’ve been something I should’ve remembered). But anyways they looked my phone over, proceeded with all of apples protocol before they were allowed to switch my phone out with a new one. But they were very helpful with all of the information and I couldn’t be happier!!! Thank you Geek Squad!!!
